19 th August, 2022 – Today, Dalhousie Hilltop School celebrated Janmashtami in the
Campus. As it is its tradition, DHS celebrated festivals of all faiths. Today’s
auspicious day was full of hope, joy and energy. School junior students were
dressed up as Radha and Krishna, complete with flutes and peacock feathers.
Senior students participated in a exhilarating Dahi-Handi competition. All 4
houses, Shakespeare, Wordsworth, Keats and Dickens, took part and the nimble
agility of Wordsworth enabled it to bag the first prize.
School President, Ms. Poonam Rai Dhawan blessed all the students on this
auspicious day and gave the message that one should always learn from the past,
and work with double energy for the future. Sweets were distributed to everyone in
the campus.
